If you are looking for a company you can grow with, look elsewhere...unless you are a production associate, then and only then do you have a future. They don't appreciate hard work and look for people who have no opinion and remain quite...no ripples in the pond!

No 401k match, Top out pay is too low, High turnover rate, they would rather train new employees that retain the current ones. FMLA, Std, AND LTD are impossible to get approved in a timely manner.
