Was super excited to join the team 3 years ago. Sadly, that excited has waned. There is good work/life balance. For the most part, there is overtime available if you desire, but not mandatory. The team I work with are great people as are my immediate supervision. However, there is 0 potential for any actual advancement and the pay is, in my opinion, insulting. Normally I would never have accepted such lowball pay, but I was generally excited about the potential at this company and expected that my pay would raise quickly with time. I was wrong. I have not received a single pay increase in 3 years. If I'm honest, this is truly my real complaint. Pathetically low pay and zero efforts to improve it. Benefits are good..., salary terrible.

Upper management is not the best! During covid-19 lack of care for employee safety! Employee of the month and year a plus you get up front parking. Lots of paid time off. Pay is not bad. Its mostly management!!!

Na Embraer a curva de aprendizado e (cobranças individuais) são bem intensas (apenas a pessoas que querem desenvolvimentos próprios). É bastante dinâmica e às vezes estressante pois a carga horária é de 44horas/semana (aos engenheiros, desconsiderando as compensações dos feriados e sábados não trabalhados). Acredito que para classe de engenheiros no BRASIL o salário é alto, contudo, para a categoria de engenheiros aeronáuticos no MUNDO é baixo.

Mesmo que por contrato, trabalhar na Embraer , pra mim está sendo excepcional, gostaria muito de ter a oportunidade de permanecer na empresa por muitos e muitos anos.
I was brought in as a contractor. Cleaned up /caught up paperwork that was behind. Expected to be hired on. They decided to hire someone else who had "more senior experience" yet I was expected to train her!! I was there almost a year. Replacement took credit for my work on a project right after I left (I was told). Accounting / purchasing agent in Ft. Lauderdale were very rude and condescending to those in other Embraer locations.

Bom, aprendi bastante coisa já Embraer... Fui ensinado a trabalhar em equipe, resolver conflitos da empresa de maneira paciente, tive apoio de todas as pessoas ao meu redor... Foi uma ótima experiência!
I have learned a lot from Embraer, unfortunately my "layoff" was not part. Would love to know why they will not hire mechanics which have worked for them direct. And why are they hiring contractors instead? Makes no sense to me!
Truth, I should have left before lack of incentives, no real pay raise's treated liked i was below human standards.
It has the capability of being a great place, has some great people, and awesome location and plenty of work it's just the Kangaroo court style management runs work ethic into the ground has no incentives to do better.Their isn't any real help through leaders, the floor and the front office are so disconnected its embarrassing.
Entery level techs have better pay than the experianced once, and the front office feels like that is ok.
Poor pay/managment is a joke/no support
It is a good place to work if you have a lot of contacts that will help you in a different kind of activities.Sometimes isn’t easy to work because the colleagues sometimes want your position
