Everyday I had to clean the entry of the office and the restroom, after that I was responsible to answers phones, emails and others correspondence. During the day I screened applicants and reviewed resumes, I conducted phones interviews for the recruiter and schedule interviews. On this job I learned how to work with Microsoft Office, how to analyse resumes and customer service. The management was poor, was horrible the way that he talked with people and that was the reason to consider a stressful place. The hardest part for me was to clean the customer restroom and the most enjoyable part of the job was review resumes and conduct phones interviews. I didn't like to work there, but was my first job and I learned a lot.
