Great place to work

System Analyst (Ex-Funcionário) - Curitiba - 23 de Setembro de 2015

Volvo is a very laid back place, the people are diverse, and it is easy to have a great work life balance. Curitiba is a decent pace to live close to beach. But there are not much formal training for Co-Ops it seems disorganized at times. It is a big company with some red tape at times.

dont have many opportunities to grow in your area.

Clearly the core business is not IT. Year after year the investment on IT is been decreasing, it is understandable tough, once the core business are Trucks and Buses. Therefore these areas have more attention from the senior board.
