Great place to work overall. Pay is low. Bonuses low for seasonal employees. Only offers seasonal employment with possibility of full time. Will move you to different positions in company when work is slow after busy season. No benefits for seasonal employees. Pays for licensing fees.

It was a good place to work with associates that work hard and have a good attitude. Like all corporations, however, there is a culture and that culture will bring you down. There are processes that will make you scratch your head.

Job culture is good. Pay was good. As well as work life balance, you could move up but only if you work extra hard. Management is good. Went through contract

The leads have drastically changed. The fact that they base their bonus structure off of your conversion is a huge deterrent. Especially when your leads are almost always unqualified outside of the AEP and OEP timeframes. Not to mention our work from home team dwindling down from 26 agents down to 8... They can't retain if they provide you non qualified leads and then penalize you when you can't sell to them. You will also pay tax on the gift cards they "gift" you during busy seasons... I'd of personally preferred cash.

Management. Time is monitored to the t. Leads are hot garbage.

Everyone is extremely nice and the company cares for you and your well being. They seem to have great work life balance and are overall very flexible for their employees.

Now that the Benefits Delivery division is under new management, it has to be better. Hopefully no more promotion based on if the operational leader likes you or not and it's now based on actual ability

it was a great place for the first few years, but the job duties and culture changed over the last few years. A lack of growth and opportunities. Be careful with the Aon merge.

People do not properly train and they act very strange which is very unprofessional. Diverse people are obstacles to your success. No teamwork and much studying to survive.

Willis TW is a solid company and you can grow as long as you have a manager who is invested in your career, and are a member of a profitable team, otherwise, you stagnate

I loved my supervisor; she is a wonderful person. I was hired along with 14 other people as a team. We learned about the claims department and received training from two remarkable claims trainers. This was a six month contract; wished it could have lasted longer. I thoroughly enjoyed working for this company. Covid-19 has left it's mark on just about every business. When they hire again, I hope to be considered for a permanent role.

First job out of college and taught me a lot! Career path was somewhat limited for an analyst so I moved on to another opportunity. People and culture were great, though.

They make it very hard to be hired in and once you are the pay is not all that great. They don't give you any timeline for growth and as long as your a contractor you never get a raise.

Apply here if you just need the money and do not care about how people are treated. People are constantly fired for minor issues and managers are not very nice or welcoming. When you are talked to by a superior it is with a condescending tone even if its 5AM. This job will have you training for a month or two and your schedule changes every week! Because there is so much to grasp in training and because managers and supervisors aren't consistent in training you will be thrown in to work without knowing everything. A lot of people in my training class did not feel confident speaking on the phones because of the lack of consistency in training they did not know what they were talking about. Some training days they will give you 3 training videos to complete that are at maximum an hour long and then you will just sit there for the next 5 hours until your shift has ended. There is no consistency in this job at all. The pay is the only thing that this job offers to make you stay. Coworkers are nice but supervisors are not. Also if you report a supervisor for being rude or inappropriate they will retaliate and fire you for any small reason. If you want to take 150-200+ calls a day then this is the job for you

Most agents are temps when they first begin. You can get hired by the company with good work and great attendance, call scoring and other things factor in as well. Flexibility is really up to manager discretion, which was really great for me at first. I had an amazing relationship with my supervisors, team leads and managers. They helped me become a great CSR. But the downside is the way the schedule is made and that it can be changed at any point without notice. The workload once becoming work from home due to covid can become overwhelming especially if you have school age children.

this comapny does take time to train you on the systems they use. however, everything is always changing. turn over at the company is extremely high. hours are horrible especially during ooen enrollment and work is cyclical so after open enrollment there really isnt any work.
