Responsibilities

Workflow Management:

  • Design, implement, and refine operational workflows to ensure efficiency across all email campaign processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization:
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate the performance of email subject lines, content, CTAs, and designs.
  • Analyze test results and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Email Campaign Execution:

  • Create, manage, and execute multi-language cold email campaigns with a focus on personalization and cultural sensitivity.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning to reporting.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for leadership and suggest data-driven recommendations.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Mentored junior team members, providing guidance on best practices for workflows and email strategies.

Requirements:

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in email campaign management, A/B testing, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong background in multi-language email marketing and localization.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and A/B testing tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and BI platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
