Our Product

We’re building an AI-powered storytelling platform for businesses.

We will help businesses and professionals turn their brands into powerful storytelling machines. We do so through writing compelling thought leadership content and publicizing them in high domain authority publications like USA Today, men’s journal, and more.

Our target market is venture-backed Founders, executives, or industry experts who want to establish authority in their space and separate themselves from their competition. They want a thriving business and don’t want to beg for customers or clients. They want to be seen, heard, and recognized for their hidden genius.

We provide our services through our simple self-service platform that is backed by a world-class customer support team. The typical process in serving our customers is:

  • Answer a few questions
  • Allow us to create a customized plan with suggested content, strategy
  • Choose and pay for only the things you want and need
  • Receive your content, and review to make sure we’re telling your story exactly the way you want
  • Publish and share

THE ROLE

  • Salary: $1500-$2000/mo
  • PTO
  • Remote

We will do a 2-week trial period where you work alongside our Head of Sales

You need to love talking to and helping people whether it’s through email, hopping on Zoom calls, or even phone calls.

You need to be able to handle customer interactions on your own and confidently handle difficult or unhappy clients.

You need to speak fluent English, have a strong internet connection, and a professional space for calls

Some tasks you should be excited to help with include:

  • Engage in professional and friendly communications with customers via call/email/chat
  • Aim for a <1 business day response rate
  • Actively listen to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
  • Assist colleagues and other employees with administrative duties
  • Refer any customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person
  • Inform customers of prices, publishing dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers
  • Use various software applications such as Google Docs, Notion, and scheduling software to enter, edit, and/or format data and/or reports
  • Helping to remove bottlenecks
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our Head of Sales
  • Identifying unhappy or at-risk clients and ensuring the requisite actions are taken to mitigate losing them
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s CX playbook and help us deliver best-in-class customer support
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to delight clients and encouraging them to be repeat spenders

Please note:

  • You will need to go through our platform and act like a potential client - you need to know and understand our product intimately
  • Shadow CX Lead during the trial BUT you are expected to be self-sufficient after the fact
  • We need someone to help remove blockers, take care of distractions, and foremost ensure our CX Lead and Head of Sales time is not being wasted. We need their time spent on what they do best - which is to delight customers and close deals
  • You will progressively eliminate bottlenecks. Systematically work through bottleneck reduction across the CX pipeline and then shift across the org.
