Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is seeking for a talented, smart, and experienced Sales Manager to lead a group of Global Account Representatives that will help BR merchants expand their business into the US marketplace and recruit new merchants from top export categories.
Key job responsibilities

In summary this leader will focus on further building, developing and managing a strategic business development team that works across the highest-potential Sellers by creating and executing strategies that will exceed aggressive revenue and selection goals achieved both by driving sales and working cross-functionally with other teams
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of relevant senior level experience in retail, sales, operations, and/or business management/consulting with a proven history of delivering results
- Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- 5+ years Experience leading and developing teams
- 5+ years Experience developing and driving strategies
- 5+ years Experience demonstrating polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating
- Fluent in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the strategy for Global Selling expansion in BR.
- Identify roadblocks for merchants and leverage on Product and Program teams to solve these challenges.
- Create and execute the new Seller lead generation strategy for all Marketplace categories, including new lead sources.
- Develop a prioritization mechanism for both targeted and massive account recruitment
- Develop hunting strategies based on selection opportunities.
- Manage a team of sales, account development and program management.
- Track activity and sales discipline by developing a sales management process.
- Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent.
In summary this leader will focus on further building, developing and managing a strategic business development team that works across the highest-potential Sellers by creating and executing strategies that will exceed aggressive revenue and selection goals achieved both by driving sales and working cross-functionally with other teams
- Master's degree (MBA) from top tier Business School (4-5 years of post MBA experience preferred)
- Experience in sales management and developing teams.
- Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
- A willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done
- Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
