Sales and Customer Service Representative | 100% Remote | For U.S.-based Companies | Independent Contractor (PJ)

Do you have experience in sales, customer service, and administrative support? Are you confident communicating in English and ready to work with U.S. companies? My Virtual Angels has the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Virtual Assistant specialized in Sales, Custimer Service and Administrative Support, you will work directly with clients based in the United States, providing high-quality support focused on relationship building, sales, phone communication, administrative task management and customer service.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – You’ll be in daily communication with American clients (phone calls, emails and SMS).
• Experience in customer service, sales, phone support, and client relationship management.
• Excellent writing skills, clear communication, and a professional demeanor.
• A quiet and reliable home office setup, including a computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and time management abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with inbound and outbound sales.
• Spanish language skills (not required, but a plus).
• Familiarity with customer service platforms, CRMs, and administrative tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fully remote position.
• Salary range: R$3,000 to R$3,500/month.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Independent Contractor (PJ) | Full-Time | 40 hours/week
• Contract Duration: 2-month probation period, followed by a permanent contract
• Work Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday; some positions may include Saturdays
• Shift Details: Fixed shifts with designated start and end times (morning, afternoon, or evening – depending on the hiring company)
• Weekend Availability: May be required based on client needs.
