About the position

As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing learning development tracks, with a focus on leadership and technical development.
  • Creating personalized learning solutions that engage different audiences and promote results.
  • Continuously monitoring, updating, and managing content to reflect current and future competencies.
  • Evaluating the impact of L&D programs and proposing improvements based on KPIs and analysis.


Requirements

  • Experience in developing technical learning tracks in tech companies or startups.
  • Experience in developing leadership programs.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and experience with L&D indicators.
  • Advanced English.

Differentials

  • Solid knowledge of agile L&D practices, creating and adapting content for different audiences.
  • Postgraduate studies/certification or experience in Project Management.
  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions.
