Job Summary:
This position requires a strategic, growth-focused professional to lead business development and relationship management efforts for Peachtree Networks across key accounts in the Telecom and ISP sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven ability to build new business opportunities beyond traditional hardware sales. This includes promoting Peachtree Networks’ value-added services such as telecom equipment repair, spare parts supply, and network optimization solutions. The role demands a deep understanding of the telecom industry in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, strong connections with mobile operators and ISPs, and a consultative approach to strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
1- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase Peachtree Networks’ market presence across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, targeting mobile operators, ISPs, and key players in the telecom ecosystem.
2- Identify and engage potential clients in need of telecom services such as logistics, warehousing, equipment repair, spare parts supply, and managed network solutions.
3- Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive decision-makers at telcos and ISPs, presenting Peachtree Networks as a reliable partner for both hardware and service-based solutions.
4- Expand the company’s portfolio by leveraging industry insights, client feedback, and market intelligence to identify new service opportunities and strategic partnerships.
5- Drive business negotiations with C-level stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, and successfully close high-value deals.
6- Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, ensuring Peachtree Networks maintains preferred vendor status across multiple business units and geographies.
7- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Managed Services) to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
8- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients to build trust, present offerings, and explore new revenue streams.
9- Stay abreast of regional and global telecom trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to refine business development tactics continuously.
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. 5–7 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales within the telecommunications industry, with direct involvement in selling services or solutions to mobile network operators and ISPs in Indonesia or Southeast Asia
2. A strong existing network and portfolio of key contacts within telcos, ISPs, and telecom infrastructure companies.
3. Demonstrated success in selling complex services such as telecom equipment repair, spare parts supply, managed services, logistics, or warehousing.
4. Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, client relationship management, and solution-oriented sales strategies.
5. Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Additional languages are a plus.
7. Comfortable working remotely and independently with excellent time management. Must have a stable internet connection.
8. Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally (up to 20%).
High proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and proposal generation.
9. Capable of developing tailored solutions and formal quotations based on client needs.
10. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multi-country client portfolios.
NB.
Candidates should have a working computer/laptop, keyboard, and mouse for the training period. The company will provide equipment after training, but candidates must initially purchase two external monitors, which will be reimbursed.
