As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success.

As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will possess strong technical and business acumen, allowing you to provide value driven solutions within the practice services domain(s). Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.

In this role, you are a pre-sales and solution designer AI specialist with a strong background in ML and AI, pushing the boundaries in Generative AI, Time Series, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Computer Vision, Customer Segmentation, Fraud Prevention, Capacity Planning, Predictive Maintenance, and more. We’re looking for talented scientists who can leverage ML, Generative AI, and other techniques to design, implement, fine-tune, and evangelize state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems.

The CTA helps customers imagine and scope the use cases that will create the greatest value for their businesses, select, train, and fine-tune the right models, define strategies to overcome technical or business challenges, build proof-of-concepts, and manage the scalable machine learning lifecycle to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and develop robust and scalable AI solutions for business problems
• Interact with customers directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of their Machine Learning ecosystem. at related to machine learning, deep learning, NLP, CV, GNN, or distributed training
• Experiences related to Hyperscaler AI Services (Azure, AWS, GCP) such as: Generative AI, ML and MLOPs, Speech, text, and language APIs, Image and video APIs, Document and data APIs, AI assistance and conversational AI, AI Infrastructure
• Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of historical data to help automate and optimize key processes
• Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to convey rigorous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Mentor and develop members on the team
• English Advanced

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.d degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or in a highly quantitative field.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and hands on experience in prompt engineering, deploying and hosting Large Foundational Models.
