We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with one of the most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The Position

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for interfacing with all internal areas, including Sales Administration, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand, Medical Area, and Communication. You will conduct periodic Joint Business Planning (JBPs) and implement training and research programs. Executing Novo Nordisk’s commercial strategy with the client is a key aspect of the role. You will perform basic inventory management and sell-out analysis while demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and accountability. Additionally, you will develop young talents for the job market, providing leadership, coaching, and feedback. This professional will act in São Paulo (city and countryside) and Rio Grande do Sul.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Achieve company expectations regarding inventory days and service levels while ensuring market penetration in private distribution.
  • Manage and develop the trade team and private market accounts, maintaining adequate service levels in line with commercial policy targets.
  • Efficiently manage orders and conduct analyses to provide market information, including audits and IQVIA tools.
  • Utilize the Io Engage platform and adapt to changes in customer management, especially during the pandemic.
  • Implement strategies for innovation and automation in sales processes and remote negotiations to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • You hold bachelor’s degree.
  • We would like to see someone with upper intermediate level of English speaking, writing, and reading.
  • We are looking for a professional with experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • We hope to find proven experience in big accounts as Key Account Manager.
