Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese, enabling them to assist customers effectively and efficiently. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions will be key to ensuring a positive experience for all.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Portuguese.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining organized records of customer interactions.
  • Utilize computer systems to track and manage customer requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer support processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and various software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly valued, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$11.42 - R$16.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
