About the Job

The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining process automation solutions using RPA and BPM technologies. Key responsibilities include optimizing workflows, reducing costs, documenting processes, maintaining automations, and providing support and training to ensure tool adoption. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to implementing solutions and engaging users.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement process automation solutions using RPA and BPM technologies.
• Collaborate with business teams to optimize operational workflows, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Document and model processes on the appropriate platforms.
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of automations and automated workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to teams involved in the automation process.
• Ensure the successful implementation of tools and processes while supporting user adoption.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or Administration.
• Experience with RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, UiPath) and BPM platforms (Pipefy, Bizagi, Appian).
• Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with system integration via APIs.
• Certifications in RPA/BPM technologies.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge in programming languages (Python, C#, Java, or VB.NET).
