About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global/Local Payroll and Benefits Analyst to join our People team. You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating payroll processes across multiple countries—with a strong focus on Brazil—and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations such as CLT, tax laws, and social security contributions.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that supports our operations, working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams in the U.S. and Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
  • Practical knowledge of operations, company policies and government regulations
  • Exceptional prioritization & organizational skills with an ability to work independently in a fast paced,
  • changing environment
  • Exceptional Microsoft office and computer application skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience with HCM platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience with payroll and benefits practices in the U.S. or other LATAM countries.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and payroll tools like Rippling, Deel, Factorial etc.
