Practice Area

BCG Platinion launched in Germany in 2000 to add deep technical expertise to the Boston Consulting Group’s existing capabilities. Today, our presence spans across the globe, with offices in Asia, Europe, and South and North America. Our New York-based North American team began in 2014 and in 2017 acquired MAYA Design, a Pittsburgh-based digital design and innovation lab, to grow our capabilities around technology and design.

We support our clients’ total digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk management & financial engineering capabilities. And together with BCG, BCG Platinion’s interdisciplinary team of technical experts enable customized technical solutions and accelerate delivery value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations.

• Influencers. They build strong relationships to build trust and influence stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Proven track record in ERP consulting – especially with SAP (S/4HANA) – leading full-lifecycle implementations across multiple modules (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain), ensuring strategic alignment and successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to manage technical architecture and technology development teams, orchestrating cross-functional (business/technical) resources on complex programs and projects.
• Deep expertise in process and platform architecture, adept at identifying bottlenecks, mitigating risks for both business and IT, and optimizing scope, quality, effort, and cost.
• Strong focus on performance measurement, including KPI identification and definition to evaluate and continuously improve business outcomes.
• 10+ years of practical experience.
• People leadership skills, including talent identification, training, and enablement to foster high-performing teams and cultivate platform adoption.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a highly valued plus.
• Exposure to other ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) is also a plus.
