Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and tasking out SEO activities to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and SEO needs.
• Monitor and report on client account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Client Communication:
• Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to discuss progress, strategies, and results.
• Provide clients with clear and concise updates on SEO campaigns and deliverables.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including analytics and metrics.
• Educate clients on SEO best practices and the impact of SEO on their business.
• SEO Task Management:
• Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs.
• Task out SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation, link building, and technical SEO tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of SEO tasks and projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO account management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
