Vagas: financial analyst - Valinhos, SP

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well organized professional to join the finance team for North America sales division. In this role you will perform monthly and quarterly activities to maintain financial statements and ensure accuracy in data. You will also play a key role preparing internal and SOX controls.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Perform month end journal entries and account reconciliation.

Apply and prepare Internal control, SOX and FIC processes.

Assist and provide monthly reports of overhead variances and other P&L expenses.

Review and compile the information required for external audit requests.

Support and follow up on costings and purchase documents approvals.

Participate in the Budget / Forecast planning exercises.

Perform user acceptance testing for SAP S4 implementation

Work on lean strategy and continous improvement.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

SAP, TM1 Capabilities

Excel Analysis skills

Reporting and communication skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance.

Language: English written and verbal.
