*** Company Background ***
Founded in 1955, DORCO is a South Korean Razor manufacturing company that is leading the world of shaving today. Dorco is a world leader in the development and sales of high performing men’s and women’s razors and blade. Our products are currently sold in 130 countries globally and can be found in branded and private label with many of the top retailers in the U.S. and European countries. We are also an Original Design Manufacturer for a number of large marketers of blade and razor products. We operate with over 4,100 employees, 8 overseas manufacturing plants, 2 R&D centers, and several sales offices and Sales Managers around the world.

We are currently supplying through various retail channels in Brazil (Carrefour, GPA, Raia Drogasil, Drogaria, Pague Menos, etc.), as well as wholesale, online, and door-to-door sales. We are now looking for a dynamic senior position of sales to develop and implement a sales/business strategy to make a strong impact on the Brazilian market. Reporting to DORCO HQ in South Korea, we need a high performer who is able to analyse all reported data and identify development in order to recognise opportunities for the company on the Brazilian market.

*** Qualifications ***:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales and marketing. (Most recent experience must be in FMCG)

2. Proven track record in sales within retail channels (supermarkets, drugstores, beauty shops, etc.).

3. Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless execution and high performance across the sales team.

4. Proficiency in business-level English communication.

5. Must be eligible for international travel with no disqualifying conditions.

6. Knowledge of local import/export regulations, taxes, and logistics.

7. Applicants must reside in the southern or southeastern regions of Brazil (e.g., São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Curitiba).

*** Preferred Qualifications***:

1. Previous experience as a Senior Sales Manager, Regional/ National Sales Director etc.

2. A number of years experienced within razors and blades or, personal care or FMCG in retail, wholesale sales environment working at a senior level.

3. Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish or Korean.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*** Contract Terms ***:

1. Salary: Around USD 7,000 per month (Gross). Plus, incentives to be negotiated.

2. Travel expenses (accommodation, meals, transportation, and other related costs) will be covered through monthly invoices.

3. Contract Terms: Annual consulting service contract (PJ-based, not CLT)

4. Flexible working hours but must be available for communication between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Korea Standard Time).

*** Key Missions***:

1. Manage sales activities for existing partners, including order management, sales expansion, meetings, and negotiation of trade terms.

2. Conduct regular market research on the retail and wholesale razor markets.

3. Assist in developing new partnerships and identifying business opportunities.

4. Work collaboratively with Dorco’s Overseas sales team located in Korea.
