We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team!

Duties

• You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers.

• Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems via voice support

• Communicate effectively with our customers

• Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager

• Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture

Your commitment

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written

• Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing

• Personal integrity and conscientiousness

• Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals

• Team player

• Continuous learner

• Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on)

• Have your own laptop

• Noise-canceling headset
