We are looking for a highly analytical and independent Corporate Strategy Manager/Strategy Analyst to help us make strategic bets that deliver high-impact results. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our long-term vision and ensuring that we take thoughtful, research-backed action to maintain our competitive edge.Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and evaluate corporate strategies, providing actionable insights to leadership to guide decisions and investments.
• Market Analysis: Conduct deep research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to assess the risks and opportunities of strategic initiatives.
• Business Case Development: Create detailed business cases and models to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Industry Innovation: Monitor emerging trends in staffing, AI, and healthcare to ensure Teem remains at the forefront of industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience at one of the Big Three consulting firms (BCG, McKinsey, Bain) is required.
• Prior experience on an in-house strategy team at a startup or innovative company is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough research and make data-driven decisions quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.
