Who we are…

We are a community of online entrepreneurs recruiting a remote Director of AI-Driven Supply Chain Solutions for our FDA registered foods/cosmetics/OTC Drugs/dietary supplement manufacturing facility in Tampa, FL. We are on a mission to build an AI-automated supply chain that supports expansion, innovation, and efficiency across our operations.

We're looking for a tech-savvy supply chain visionary who thrives on automation, AI integration, and system optimization. You will spearhead the transformation of our fragmented, spreadsheet-based inventory management into a centralized, AI-powered system — reducing human bottlenecks and unlocking next-level scalability.

Our facility serves as a manufacturing facility for dietary supplements, foods and USDA organic superfoods, household products, over the counter drugs (acne products), and cosmetics. We operate with a small team of just six to ten people which includes an on site operations manager, production manager, quality manager, and a few warehouse associates. The majority of our team members are Spanish speaking, but we provide translation devices. We leverage technology and remote team member support from around the world so that we can do more with less.

Currently, we are also looking for a Supply Chain AI Assistant, you are welcome to apply for one or both depending on your skills and ambitions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in AI automation, database management, and data analysis, combined with supply chain and, most importantly, inventory management experience or strong capability.
• Strong technical and AI orientation, with a demonstrated desire and ability to stay updated on frequent technological advances, including new models and significant updates in language models.
• Preferably experienced in e-commerce supply chains, especially those involving manufacturing facilities, with additional value placed on experience with Amazon-based supply chains. A technical mindset for managing automation and data-driven decision-making is essential.
• Ability to compile and interpret data to drive decisions and continuously enhance AI integration within supply chain systems, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory management
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

How you will create Value:

• Compile, interpret, and utilize data to drive decisions, forecast inventory needs, and inform procurement and manufacturing schedules.
• Leverage AI to automate tasks across the supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to inventory management, manufacturing scheduling, and supplier communications.
• Develop and integrate automations using N8n as the current preferred platform, with adaptability for future platforms as technology evolves.
• Maintain consistent communication with warehouse management, including regular morning and late afternoon stand-up meetings to plan and review daily activities, and weekly or bi-weekly comprehensive reviews.
• Be available for optimal performance of the role, aligning work hours with the warehouse as needed, without strict requirements on exact working times.
• Support scaling operations to handle increased product lines, private label manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and B2B bulk material sales.
• Implement automation test projects with paid incentives based on project performance and integration success, including two payment tiers: a lower tier for completion and a higher tier if the project is adopted.
• Continuously optimize and build the supply chain system to enable launching more consumer product brands and onboarding more clients.
