Content Marketing Associate
Remote · Full-time · Reports to the Marketing Manager
About the Company
A rapidly expanding men’s-health network, now spanning more than 400 clinics across the United States, is strengthening its marketing team. The organization seeks a content creator who can keep campaigns on schedule, maintain brand voice across channels, and turn performance data into clear recommendations.
Role Summary
The Content Marketing Associate plans, produces, and publishes a steady cadence of digital assets. Each month, the associate maintains a 30-day editorial calendar, drafts blog articles and email sequences, writes social captions and SMS copy, and ensures every piece aligns with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, preparing basic graphics or short videos in Canva or Figma, and coordinating larger creative needs with external agencies when necessary. The role also involves updating HubSpot lists, triggering nurture workflows, connecting simple automations in Zapier or Make, and logging campaign performance in Google Sheets. Weekly reports highlight traffic, engagement, and lead volume, turning raw numbers into concise, actionable insights for the broader team.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring one to two years of hands-on content production inside a CRM or marketing-automation environment—HubSpot experience is especially valuable. A portfolio that demonstrates clear, audience-focused writing is required, and at least one visual or short video sample should accompany the application. Familiarity with social-platform schedulers, comfort with lightweight design or video-editing tools, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for quick data pulls are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, while Spanish or Portuguese is considered an advantage.
First-Quarter Expectations
Within the first ninety days, the associate is expected to publish at least twenty-five scheduled content pieces without missing a deadline, help launch an email-and-SMS nurture sequence that opens at eighteen percent or higher with unsubscribe rates below one percent, cut manual post-scheduling time by twenty percent through improved templates or workflows, and deliver a metrics sheet that tracks traffic, engagement, and lead capture in a format the team can reference at a glance.
Why Join
The position offers fully remote, asynchronous work, a budget for professional courses, design assets, and AI tools, and a clear growth path toward specialist or manager-level roles as the company’s marketing engine continues to scale.
