Digital Marketing Specialist

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- ands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads,etc.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Mixpanel, and event tracking
- Experience with landing page builders like Webflow, Unbounce, Elementor, or WordPress
- Strong A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization) skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing (bonus)
- Ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives from start to finish
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (Key Responsibilities):
Landing Page Creation & Optimization:
- Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages (using Webflow, Unbounce, WordPress, etc.)
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates
Analytics & Conversion Tracking:
- Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools
- Implement event tracking and attribution models to measure campaign success
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and optimize marketing efforts
Paid Advertising & Growth Marketing:
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Run and scale retargeting campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for high ROI
- Manage budgets and optimize ad spend
Growth Hacking & Experimentation:
- Identify new acquisition channels and run rapid growth experiments
- Use automation tools to optimize processes and scale marketing efforts
- Test and improve ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work with designers, developers, and copywriters to create high-performing campaigns
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key growth metrics

We are a distributed team of more than 130 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity, and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
