We're MSH Studios, a fast-growing website design, development, and SEO agency looking for an Account Manager to help manage and grow our relationships with ongoing clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering awesome quality work, personal growth, and building businesses.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, from successful startups to 7-9 figure online brands, all the way up to multi-billion dollar enterprises.
As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients who require ongoing development or marketing services. Your role will involve understanding client goals and translating those into actionable tasks for our team members, ensuring seamless project execution. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, who also has a growth-oriented mindset. Ideally, someone who’s excited about the opportunity to help grow and scale a business and grow alongside it over the long term.

Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
* Understand client goals and translate those into actionable tasks for designers, developers, and other team members.
* Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
* Recommend marketing strategies and solutions to clients based on their needs and objectives.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing client concerns, and providing ongoing support.
* Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve client interactions, and scale operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Track and report on client progress and satisfaction, ensuring client retention and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in client communication, customer service, or account management (preferably in a marketing, development, or creative environment).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while exhibiting incredible attention to detail & resourcefulness.
* Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
* A growth mindset with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
* Operational mindset, with an interest in improving workflows and building scalable systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other team members.
* Positive attitude, proactive problem-solver, and ability to work well under pressure.
* Experience in web development or digital marketing is a plus.
* Available during CST time zone for quick replies to clients.
