This position will be responsible for coordinating all HR and admin related activities for Michelin Business services Lanka PVT Ltd. Selected candidate will be based in Orion city, Colombo 09.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Assist employees with HR and admin related queries by referring to relevant company policies.
  • Respond to routine inquiries of internal and external parties and direct them to relevant process owners.
  • Payroll data submission to central team by adhering to timelines.
  • Support employees with administrative activities related to benefits, internal transfers and leaving clearances.
  • Preparation and issuance of different kind of letters to employees in coordination with the HR department.
  • Manage ordering of welfare items for the entity with necessary approvals from the BU head.
  • Responsible to maintain, execute and monitor organization's welfare facilities to MBSL staff by coordinating with Michelin Lanka welfare team and to ensure quality of the service.
  • Coordinate operational activities with the meal supplier and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor cleanliness in MBSL office and make sure proper management of janitorial service while aligning to current policies and service agreements. Review janitorial invoice on monthly basis and arranging the payment.
  • Coordinate with the security coordinators on security related issues and ensure timely payments for service providers.
  • Support employee communication team, EP team and DEI team for activities and events in MBSL.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative activities. (Meeting room reservations, support on contract renewals, organizing and distributing mails, receiving and sending packages, organizing transport for special occasions, etc.)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Specialized Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge on Microsoft Package (MS Excel, Power point & Outlook).
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Energetic personality with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage various work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
