✅ Processing Assistant Responsibilities

• Meeting monthly and weekly processing goals
• Provide customers with exceptional customer service
• Grow customer accounts through referrals
• Collaborate with the processing team as well and input ideas
• Implement effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the loan processing cycle

✅ Our team will provide you with

• Thorough loan process training programs High Value – step-by-step processes to gather, review, and submit documents.
• Mentorship – Guided 1:1 support in your learning journey.
• Processing strategies to be discussed and collaborated on with our success team.
• $ Monthly Salary Range (USD) from Hourly + Commissions
• $800-$1500 at Beginner Level
• $1600-$2500 at Advanced Level

✅Requirements for a Processing Assistant

• Proven experience of at least 1yr in banking, finance, or accounting.
• Proven track record of successfully handling banking, finance, or accounting documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• C1-C2 English (Spoken near native or native)
• Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
• Full-Time Availability
• Have these qualities: Persistent and results-oriented.
