Roles and Responsibilities:-
Data Collection and Aggregation: Gather, aggregate, and consolidate data from various IT systems, databases, and platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Data Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing processes to maintain the integrity and quality of the data, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors.
Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize statistical techniques and analytical tools to analyze data sets, identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the IT services domain.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
Client Data Analysis: Analyze client-specific data to understand their needs, preferences, and usage patterns, contributing insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools to prioritize and follow up on prospects in a timely manner.
Required Skills:-
Data Management Skills: Solid understanding of data management principles, including data cleansing, validation, transformation, and aggregation, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
IT Services Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT services industry, including key concepts, terminology, trends, and challenges, to effectively analyze and interpret data in context.
Research Methodologies: Proficiency in research methodologies, including data collection techniques, survey design, qualitative and quantitative analysis, to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
