Job Description:


HR Generalist (São Paulo – SP)
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant with a strong background in full-cycle Talent Acquisition , complemented by solid expertise in Organizational and Human Development (O&D), to support the company’s growth and culture-strengthening initiatives.

Although this is a generalist role, approximately 50% of the responsibilities will be dedicated to Talent Acquisition , managing hiring processes across all levels and functions with autonomy and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HR business partner to leaders across departments, supporting all HR processes with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development .
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes , from intake and sourcing to interviews and offer negotiation, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business needs.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and manage pipelines, continuously improving the hiring strategy and candidate experience.
  • Advise hiring managers on profile requirements, market trends, and selection tools to ensure assertive decision-making.
  • Conduct Talent Review cycles using 9Box methodology, leading calibration sessions and succession planning discussions.
  • Support the creation and follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with business goals.
  • Promote and manage LinkedIn Learning, building customized development paths for employees.
  • Manage and optimize performance review cycles.
  • Contribute to onboarding enhancements, employee engagement initiatives, and climate surveys.
  • Support leadership development initiatives, including training schedules and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure governance of key HR workflows and contribute to employer branding and institutional HR representation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Fluent or advanced English (mandatory).
  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition , managing high- and mid-level positions end-to-end.
  • Relevant experience in O&D, including Talent Review, Succession Planning, IDPs, and engagement actions.
  • Strong communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Workday is a strong plus .
  • Experience with learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning preferred) and performance management tools.
