RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil.

The platform streamlines payments for over 7 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance, on a mission to democratize mobile payments and financial services in Brazil.

Featuring services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost and flexibility in mind. RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and ensure the timely submission of regulatory reports (CADOCs) in compliance with BACEN requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the team adapts to new norms and directives.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve regulatory communication.
• Propose and implement new technologies and techniques.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and other data visualization tools.
• Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity in identifying and addressing issues.
• Take accountability for delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to BACEN regulations.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks using SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on regulatory reporting, Finance Product, Fintech, or financial ecosystems.

• Experience with Qlik Sense for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Proficient in other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong mathematical and financial knowledge.
• Knowledge of Spark and Databricks is a plus.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively and independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• English or Spanish is a plus.
