The role involves overseeing all processes related to the support of our existing and potential clients. Responsibilities:

• Answering inquiries from potential new clients and facilitating service appointments and other requirements.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Carrying out effective, efficient operating and administrative policies
• Creating and editing professional documents.
• Maintaining client relationships via outbound calls & emails
• Setting appointments for the executive team with prospective clients

Requirements:

• Attention to detail is an absolute MUST.
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
• Consistent punctuality, reliability, friendliness, and professionalism even while under pressure.
• Excellent Microsoft computer skills and proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and upbeat manner.
• Positive and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal.
• Flexible team player - willing to learn new tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
• Must be a problem solver and address issues in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST
