As an Application Engineer, you will be part of Global Customer Success (GCS) team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The GCS team works with Digital, Analog, Verification, Systems tools. To understand more on our tools & flows, you can visit

Job Responsibilities
  • Help customers in enhancing their productivity, debug complex issues and provide solutions in the digital tools & flows.
  • Working closely with R&D and Product Engineering to identify and prioritize the product improvement initiatives through formal methods.
  • Establish technical credibility and rapport with the customer and become the go-to expert for all their technical inquiries and support.
  • Assume technical leadership role in the team.
  • Ensure high quality support to customers.
  • Ensuring high impact knowledge content, tool adoption kits and other high-level documents to increase the self-service for customers.
  • Collaborate with worldwide AE teams, ability to mentor and groom team members and participate wholeheartedly in knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with sales & TFO teams to help drive account support strategy.
  • Produce out-of-the-box solutions to customer problems using either tool capabilities or scripting techniques.
  • Deploy ML based Solutions to improve productivity and PPA
  • Narrow down complex problems and ensure quality CCRs for R&D resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Complete Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or related fields.
  • Experience in Digital Implementation flows on advanced nodes.
  • Expertise in one or more domains – Synthesis/Physical Design - Place & Route/STA
  • Knowledge of scripting languages & Flow development is a plus.
  • Must have excellent debugging skills and ability to separate out the critical issues from trivial ones.
  • Experience in leading a small to mid-size team of engineers is a plus.
