The team you will be a part of

The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

This role in summary

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a key contributor for the implementation of our Ecommerce Global Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ERP with external systems and interfaces. Posteriorly, you will work closely with AMS partners to run and maintain stability and performance of our ecommerce operations and with business areas to identify opportunities of improvement.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Research problems, separating the symptoms from the actual cause and work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues related to interfaces & enhancement;

  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SD functionality, offering recommendations for process improvements and optimization;

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams from business and IT to identify, design, build and implement complex end-to-end scalable solutions;

  • Management of technical activities, monitoring project developments and deliveries;

  • Be the bridge with business areas and other IT teams;

  • Monitor and orchestrate change deployments.

Minimum requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, mathematics or related areas;

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience;

  • Language skills: Fluent English;

  • Systems/Technical knowledge: Expertise in SAP SD module/integration points and end to end knowledge of Order to Cash process.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Experience with integration of legacy systems;

  • Previous experience with ecommerce (platforms as Hybris, Shopify, Magento, Vtex, etc);

  • Willingness to learn new technologies;

  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools;

  • Basic knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, INFORMATICA) and data architecture;

  • Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

  • Although the Global scope, our technical lead team is based on São Paulo, so, this person should be able to work in person sometimes (live outside from São Paulo is not an impediment, but in this case, the person will have to afford it).
