Position: Product Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our Product Design team.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing interfaces that prioritize user experience. You will independently handle simple design flows based on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and work closely with Senior Designers on more complex processes. Your focus will be on wireframing, prototyping, and interface creation while applying user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the design process (research, design, testing).

• Identify customer needs and align them with business goals.

• Organize and conduct UX research as needed, conduct user testing and refine designs to create optimal user experiences.

• Present design work clearly and support decisions with strong arguments.

• Develop wireframes and prototypes focused on user needs.

• Manage simple design flows independently and collaborate with senior designers on complex projects.

• Document design decisions and update design systems and guidelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure proper implementation.

• Receive and apply feedback from senior designers to improve skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working on design projects, from product strategy to implementation.

• Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Zeroheight, FigJam, and Miro.

• Basic knowledge of UX research and usability testing methods, with a growing ability to apply them in practice.

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Autonomy in handling design tasks, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, or Graphic Design.

• Strong interest in ongoing learning, seeking mentorship, and growing in the field of product design.
