The Position:

You will be joining our engineering group as a valued member of a small high performing Agile team:

• Making meaningful contributions to the overall product, including participating in architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Employing best practices when it comes to code design, CI/CD, and developer experience.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure that the codebase is maintained to a high standard with every merged pull request.

What You Bring:

• You have prior experience as a senior or staff engineer or in a similarly senior role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have enabled you to work effectively and successfully with agile teams in the past.
• Track record of applying best practices and bringing new approaches to a team.
• A desire to work with new technologies, with the hard earned wisdom to make good decisions regarding technology adoption.
• Proven experience with React and Python in a cloud based (serverless) environment.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience at an enterprise SaaS company, particularly one that implements CI/CD and deploy early and often.
• Deep knowledge and familiarity with GCP.
• Understanding of web application architectures, such as REST, GraphQL resolvers, CQRS, etc.
• Strong grasp of CS concepts, and experience applying them to real-world situations.
• Prior startup experience.

Pay: R$10,000.00 - R$16,000.00 per month
