• Phone interview with People Team;
• Case presentation & discussion;

About the Area:

Here at QuintoAndar, the Program Management team is under construction and we have the ambition to become a reference in running programs with a high impact on business objectives. The programs might cover all areas of the company and in this role you will have close contact with executive leadership. As a Program Manager you will be part of the company's Planning & Programs / Corporate Initiatives structure and your main activities will be:

• Understand and map the company's biggest challenges;
• Justify and defend the prioritization of programs based on business indicators;
• Develop, execute and manage strategic programs;
• Promote agreements and prioritization together with different teams;
• Ensuring engagement and delivery of the agreed roadmap
• Report progress and results achieved (KPIs);
• Document learnings and share knowledge with peers and leadership;
• Contribute to the development of the Program Management career at QuintoAndar.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and program management knowledge, being able to lead large scope initiatives (80+ people involved). You must be able to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, driving alignment across all stakeholders on what success looks like for each of your assignments. You must be a master communicator and land the correct message up, down and all around to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You need to have great execution ability, being able to translate a complex strategic goal into executable chunks of work that are easy to understand and track. You must be able to de-risk execution by being pragmatic and be able to take calculated risks to drive the program forward.

Program Manager responsibilities at QuintoAndar:

• Responsible for program delivery and results;
• Management and monitoring of cross-area projects;
• Team leadership;
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and initiatives;
• Maximize business efficiency and scalability;
• Evaluate technological market solutions, and initiate contract negotiations and/or internal development needs;
• Resolve issues and conflicts to ensure final delivery;
• Keep the team and stakeholders informed about the progress and status.

Requirements

You will be a good fit for the position if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems) or other relevant area with practical work experience in technology;
• Knowledge of program/project management work experience;
• Solid understanding of the product development process;
• Advanced level of English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

Skills:

• You will stand out for the position if you have:
• Previous experience in working with executive-level (VP+) audiences;
• Previous experience in developing large scale customer support and back-office systems;
• Previous experience in developing tailored-made CRM solutions.
