Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an Intelligence Specialist to join our evolving team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in intelligence analysis and will demonstrate the ability to synthesize and evaluate data from various sources. This role emphasizes the importance of providing insightful analyses that inform strategic initiatives and enhance decision-making processes within the organization.

The Intel Specialist will utilize the Intel Division's resources to create comprehensive reports and documents aligned with our risk matrix, ensuring our clients receive tailored insights to meet their unique needs. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for developing training programs for similar departments within our partner organizations, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities::

- Analyze intelligence data from various sources to create actionable insights.

- Prepare clear reports and presentations summarizing findings for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with teams and agencies to identify threats and assess security.

- Monitor global events and security trends for timely updates.

- Support intelligence strategies that align with organizational goals.

- Provide operational support during missions by coordinating logistics and communication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

- At least 01 year of experience in intelligence analysis or a closely related field, demonstrating a consistent history of analytical success.

- Strong skills in data analysis and critical thinking, with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives.

- Familiarity with intelligence analysis software, tools, and data visualization techniques.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

-Fluent English, Spanish desirable

- This position is for the night shift, working in a 12x36 from 08:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
