Our Regional Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity to influence the successful growth of our business in a key strategic region of North & South Americas. You’ll design and execute strategic and tactical programs that engage target audiences, raise awareness within the region, and drive our commercial goals.

Your deep understanding of the local market will enable you to deliver our comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns. We operate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, so your outstanding communication and project management skills will be required. Your success will have a direct impact and will be highly visible!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Building and executing regional marketing activity, including field events, content localization, and marketing campaigns via various online and offline channels to meet the company goals

• Working closely with business development, legal, and other teams to develop partner channels and build and nurture relations with regional associations and government authorities

• Performing regional research on competitors, market trends, and insights to ensure the company is always close to our customer needs

• Collaborating with performance, product marketing teams, copywriters, communications, and design departments to create and run multi-channel marketing campaigns for the region

• Acting as an expert to our local customers, partners, and industry to regularly identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience in a B2B technology environment (IT, fintech, SaaS fields)

• Experience in running successful partner marketing campaigns is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to drive, execute, and analyse the results of integrated marketing programs

• Experience working in a fast-changing, high-impact scale-up environment

• Solid project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders)

• Advanced English and Spanish

• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

• Ideally based in Mexico
