The customer service representative is the first contact person in the after-sales process for clients of Valvoline Serbia and Valvoline Europe. In this role, you are responsible for processing incoming orders and customer requests. You are responsible for the efficient and professional handling of customer complaints to ensure and improve their satisfaction. The person in this position is expected to have excellent customer relations and communication skills and to be able to relate to and influence both external and internal clients and stakeholders. The person in this position reports to the Customer Service Team Leader
- Order management: entry and tracking of orders throughout the entire processing process.
- Answers to inquiries, requests and customer satisfaction issues related to products.
- Giving instructions and communication with warehouses, production facilities and forwarders for the purpose of preparation and organization of goods delivery.
- Preparation of daily reports on order management
- Maintaining the integrity of client master data
- Proactive communication with internal and external clients
- Supporting the organization through excellent customer relations and improving customer satisfaction
- Application of investigative skills to solve client problems
- Contact and close cooperation with regional business managers
- Planning and implementation of sales and orientation towards achieving defined goals
- Updating the internet portal
- Sending adequate documentation to the warehouse and ordering products
- Assisting sellers in terms of having up-to-date information about products and/or customers
- Provision of all necessary information to clients in the country and abroad
- Issuance of invoices and monitoring of collection
- Updating the status of goods in stock
- Communication and coordination with other relevant services
- Improving relations with existing customers
- Product presentation to new customers
- Market analysis and monitoring of competition
- Regular reporting to the company management on market trends and business results
- Establishing and maintaining permanent business relationships with clients
- Adjusting business conditions and taking care of existing clients
- Performing all ad-hoc tasks and participating in projects;
- complies with occupational health and safety measures and PPE in accordance with the regulations and internal acts of the employer
