We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Partner Manager based in Brazil to help drive channel acquisition and make our partners successful for the most loved SMB messaging collaboration tool.

What you’ll do:

  • Play a pivotal role in accelerating our partnerships across all markets, and have our product distributed to thousands of businesses globally
  • Prospect, identify, qualify and generate new partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close business deals
  • Drive go-to-market activities by working with cross-functional teams internally (e.g product, product marketing, engineering, design, content etc) so as to plan and launch partnerships
  • Manage your partnership pipeline and ensure timely internal and external reporting
  • Manage existing portfolio of partners which includes upselling, expanding the scope, and optimising current partnerships
  • Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnership

What wil make you stand out:

  • Hungry and driven to succeed: Can-do attitude and not afraid of rejections
  • Zoom in and zoom out: while executing well, able to think from strategic perspective


    • 6 to 10 years of experience in partnership (ideal), or sales, preferably in a tech or software company
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player
    • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
    • Prior experience in building a partnership program and a track record of successful technology partnership
    • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
    • Fluent in English and Portuguese is a must
