At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

In 2021, Indeed began offering Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as a way to reward employees who contribute to the long-term success of Indeed.
RSUs are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company stock shares. At Indeed, our RSUs are stock shares in our parent company, Recruit Holdings, which is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan (6098.T).
Our RSU long-term incentive program has three goals in mind:
- To encourage employees to think like owners
- To align incentives with company performance
- To reward employees for the company’s financial success

All employees are eligible for a monthly meal voucher with a daily allowance of 40 BRL per working day. There is no enrollment necessary for this benefit.

Indeed offers a private pension plan through Zurich. Employees can contribute between 1% – 6% of their monthly salary and will receive an employer match of up to 6%.

Indeed offers a life insurance policy to all employees through MetLife. In the unfortunate case of death, beneficiaries will receive 24 times the employee’s monthly salary.
